Project Objectives & Notable Features:

Renovation of existing Child Development Center providing:

Improved playground, child drop-off area, adjacent parking, and site drainage;
Repaired roof, repainted exterior;
New interior cabinets and kitchen appliances;
New laundry facility;
Adjacent modular unit renovation to provide necessary support space.

Implementation Strategy:

There was a very short window of time for renovation of the Child Development Center. All major facility renovation work had to be completed during the summer session when the children were not on campus.
